Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that London and Australia-based regtech firm TRAction Fintech, which specializes in trade reporting solutions, has hired FX industry veteran Melina Theodorou as the firm’s new Head of Legal and Group.
In her new role, Melina will be responsible for developing legal agreements, monitoring regulatory updates and corporate policies, as well as providing support to clients. He also assists the wider TRAction team with HR and general operations. Melina will be based out of the TRAction offices in Cyprus.
Prior to joining TRAction, Melina Theodorou served as Executive Director for CySEC-licensed Exelcius Prime Ltd, operator of the 1Market online brokerage brand in Europe, for the past three years. He previously spent seven years with retail FX and CFDs broker UFX, as Head of Legal and Compliance for UFX firm Reliantco Investments Ltd. Melina holds an LLB (Hons) from Birmingham City University.
