OANDA Japan Inc, a subsidiary of online broker OANDA Corporation, has apologized for delays in certain processes.
The brokerage has apologized for delays in opening new accounts and in processing stock index CFDs.
OANDA blamed the problems on domestic business conditions.
The company explained that for customers who applied after February 16, it will take about 1 to 2 weeks to complete the processes.
