Muinmos, specialist in customer integration solutions, has announced the addition of experienced C-level executive and governance expert Anders Kirketerp-Møller to its Board of Directors. Anders will leverage his extensive experience from large global enterprises to drive significant growth at the Danish RegTech company.
Anders Kirketerp-Møller joins Muinmos from LEGO where he led Board and President activities in the LEGO ecosystem, advised the owner family on governance matters and was a board member of various LEGO entities for the past seven years. He brings a wealth of experience to Muinmos from advising owners and Boards of Directors on issues related to corporate structures, venture capital investments, business and business expansion, strategy and branding. Before working with LEGO, Anders led the business transformation of one of Denmark’s largest industrial foundations, the VELUX Foundations, and served as a director at VKR Holding, VELUX’s holding company.
Anders’ focus at Muinmos will be the company’s growth strategy and advising the leadership team, including the Board of Directors.
