Susanne Chishti will retire as a non-executive director of CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) at the end of the AGM on 25 July 2024.
The process of identifying Ms Chishti’s successor and appointing a new non-executive director for workforce recruitment has begun and will be a priority for the Nominations Committee over the coming months.

Susanne Chishti joined the Group as a Non-Executive Director in June 2022. She started her career working at a fintech company in Silicon Valley. He has 25 years of experience in finance, banking, investment management and consulting, including time with Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Accenture.
