The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is now open to claims from clients of London Court Ltd.
Although the FSCS accepts claims against the London Tribunal, they will not be immediately passed on to the claims processing teams for assessment. This is because the FSCS will investigate the company to see if any claims qualify for compensation and this can take some time.
The FSCS expects this to be a complex investigation and expects to work very closely with the Joint Liquidators.
If you think you have a potential compensation claim against the London Tribunal, you can now take the matter to the FSCS using online claim service.
It’s free to make a claim with the FSCS and you don’t need to use a representative or solicitor. If you claim directly with the FSCS, you will receive 100% of any compensation.
London Court Ltd has been licensed by UK regulators since June 1990. London Court has provided bond administration and ISA/IFISA administration services.
