The Hong Kong exchanging board and Clearing Limited (HKEX) have decided to redefine Mr Carlson Tong as the Chairman of the Board of Directors to be used to his administration.
According to Article 109, paragraph 2 of the Article of the Association and Article 69 of the Decree of Mobile Values and Future Future, the review of Mr Tong as President is subject to the written approval of the Hong Kong Special Administrative District Administrative District (HKSAR).
Mr Tong’s term of office as the director of Hkex and the president ended at the end of the annual Hkex (AGM) General Assembly held on April 30, 2025, on 20 February 2025, the HKSAR government announced the re -examination of Mr. Tong to the Board of Directors for approximately two years by 20 to take place in 2027.
