
The Capital Market Committee of Cyprus (CYSEC) announced today the withdrawal of the authorization of Viverno Markets Ltd’s Investment Company (CIF).
The Company has not provided investment services or conducted an investment activity for the six months preceding the suspension of its license on 24.10.2024, specifically from 1.1.2024 and then.
Due to the withdrawal of the company’s authorization, the company must, among other things,:
- Post to all sites a statement informing the public about the withdrawal of the license, as well as the procedure followed by its customers, within the time framework imposed by the company, to complete their transactions, the refund of capital and financial instruments, and any possible deposit.
- Update each customer separately, in the same medium used by the Company in accordance with Section 3 of Regulation (EU) 2017/565, of the procedure under point 1 above.
- Return all the funds and financial instruments they belong to/attributed to its customers, including any profits.
- Consider and resolve the complaints/reports of all customers submitted to the Company.
- Make sure it does not provide investments and auxiliary services.
- Keep the offices fully to process the activities mentioned above.
