The United Kingdom’s Financial Behavior Authority (FCA) today canceled the registration of Fidelity Payment Services Ltd as a Small Payment Foundation (SPI).

The cancellation, which is in accordance with the 2017 Payment Services Regulations (“The PSRS”).

FCA explained that the business failed to provide payment services from registration.

The regulator also noted that the cancellation action has been imposed to promote the objectives of the protection and integrity of the Authority.

The cancellation is effective on May 15, 2025.
