Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that the law that has recently launched a retail FX and CFDS Broker Markets Act has hired Mohamed Halim as head of the CCO (CCO).
Mohamed Halim, based in Dubai, was more recently regional manager – Mena for Trade.com, before leaving 2023. He was previously a regional head of business development – Mena for Terafx (later Gildencrest Capital). Mohamed also worked on ATFX, GKFX Prime, Noor Capital Markets, Swissquote and HYCM.
The law on markets begins as an offshore CFDS broker, offering both the MT5 and Ctrader trade platforms. The company mainly focuses on the markets of Arabic and Mena. The Law on Markets is executed by Dubai, led by CEO Ramy Abouzaid, former head of market research at ATFX Mena.
