CAB payments have announced today that its subsidiary, Crown Agents Bank Limited (CAB), has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve System and the New York Financial Services Ministry of Financial Services for the operation of a representative office in New York.

The New York Representative Bureau will serve as a regional business hub for CAB, allowing the group to continue to serve its existing customers while driving new customer businesses in the area. An authorized presence in the United States will also help build stronger relationships with US dollar clearance partners and further support FX & Payment Flows from customers all over South and Central America.

With the opening of the New York Office, along with the offices of the United Kingdom and Europe, cabin payments continue to execute its strategic plan for the operation of a global FX business and cross -border payments.

Neeraj Kapur, CEO of the team said:

“I am glad to have been permitted to take advantage of a representative office in New York. This presence in one of the world’s top financial centers further strengthens our network, allowing us to better serve existing and new customers.

“We are excited to bring the best FX and cross -border payment services in America, helping businesses overcome the complexity of operation in harsh protection markets.”
