The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOB) ordered the exclusion of access to 13 unauthorized investment websites.
The entities targeted by the latest orders are:

- “Sector-Fusion” (website www.sector-fusion.com and related page
- “3AFUND” (website www.3-afund.com);
- “CFW896” (website
- “Lumex” (websites and
- “TMXA” (website
- “UYR968” and “FWQ367” (websites and
- “Syk755” (website www.syk755.it);
- “PXM266” (website
- “Genixlimited” (website
At the issuance of the commands, the Commission used the powers derived from the “Dectoo Crescita” decree-No. 58 of June 28, 2019, Article 36 (2) paragraph). of which the abusive offer is also made by the powers introduced by the MICAR Regulations (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and the Legislative Decree No 129 of September 5, 2024) on Blacking Out of Websites through Crypto-Assets Services are provided in Italian departments.
The number of websites tanned since July 2019, when Consob took power to order that fraudulent financial intermediaries will be excluded, thus increased in 1349. Last week the regulator ordered access to eight unauthorized websites.
Black from these websites by Internet Service providers continues. For technical reasons, it may take several days to apply the exclusion.
