
Gain Capital has secured the Swiss court’s approval for court aid in a lawsuit for a patents brought by Oanda.
On June 17, 2025, Gain Capital Holdings, Inc. and Capit Capital Group, LLC provided information on the matter at New Jersey Regional Court.
The Supreme Court of Zurich and the Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) approved Gain’s request letter to receive Richard Olsen’s deposition in Switzerland.
The plaintiff Oanda Corporation sued the defendants to acquire Capital Holdings, Inc. and Gain Capital Group, LLC for the alleged violation of two United States patents aimed at commercial coins via Computer Network.
Gain calls for evidence and testimony from a listed inventor for patents, Dr. Richard Olsen, to support the patent’s defense and the unlimited capacity of patents and to overthrow Oanda’s demand for compensation.
Dr. Olsen must provide testimony about the alleged patents to address the issues directly related to the case.
The profit is attributed to the Oanda Advisor for dates for the deposit to ensure that it is obtained immediately.
