The Differentiated World Financial Services platform Marex Group PLC (NASDAQ: MRX) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of FX Specialist Hamilton Court Group.
The acquisition, announced for the first time in October 2024, expands the team’s FX bid, bringing new opportunities to the platform, according to its strategy to differentiate profits.
The acquisition will bring about 170 employees all over London, Milan, Madrid and Toronto at Marex.
