The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) today announced a 50,000 -euro settlement with Broctagon Prime Ltd.
The settlement covers possible violations of investment services and activities and the regulated markets of 2017, as amended (the “law”) by the company.
Specifically, the survey for which the settlement was achieved concerned the assessment of the Company’s compliance, which in the third quarter of 2021 may have acted in violation of Articles 25 (1) and 25 (a) (a) of the law on general principles and information to customers.
The settlement is € 50,000. The company settled the amount of € 50,000.
All the amounts paid for the settlement agreements are considered income (income) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic and do not constitute CYSEC income.
