Saxo Bank multi -property expert has revealed several updates and improvements now available in SaxopartnerConnect (SPC).

Saxo introduces an up -to -date main menu and customer tree, available on the platform from August 1st. These improvements have been thoroughly created to enhance ease and efficiency, offering improved navigation and customer search functions to ensure access to features are intuitive and simple.

Updates are the result of integrated internal discussions, user research and valuable feedback by SAXO partners.

The refurbished customer tree is designed to provide a complete picture of SAXO’s clients’ customers and the key features include:

  • Complete hierarchical view: Get complete visibility in the hierarchy of customers, accounts and users. This feature allows for easy navigation through the structure and understanding of relationships between different entities.
  • Advanced search functionality: The new search feature allows quick position of specific information. You can search with customer names, identifiers, account names, identifiers, usernames and identifiers, ensuring access to the data you need when you need it.
  • User -friendly: Easy to use, allowing you to focus on managing and cultivating your customers’ relationships.
