The Nanosecond Send Port Authority will be set to false by default. Nanoseconds precision transactions will be automatically sent to Boe, Boe and Boe Purge ports. BOE users cannot withdraw from authentic precision transaction alerts.
To support this new functionality, Transacttime (Fix Tag 60) and Origtime (Fix Tag 43) will be updated to allow the available GMT date in nanoseconds.
