
EUREX has announced changes to the Executive Board today that reflects recent organizational changes.

As of July 15, 2025, Matthias Graulich will participate in the Eurex Frankfurt AG Executive Board. Graulich will continue to serve as a member of the Eurex Clearing AG Executive Council, a position he held since August 2014. Also, on July 15, the Exchange Council appointed Graulich to the Eurex Deutschland Board of Directors.
The appointment of Matthias Graulich to the Eurex Frankfurt AG Executive Board, in addition to his position on the Eurex Clearing AG Executive Board, reflects his wider responsibility for the New Organizational Setup team announced on March 31.
Graulich also resigned from the Board of Directors of the Eurex Repo GmbH, where he has served since November 2019.

Frank Odendall will succeed him as Managing Director of the Eurex Repo GmbH, who will participate in Managing Director Frank Gast, who will remain in this role.
