The UK Financial Services Compensation Plan (FSCS) provided an update on Trust Financial Planning Ltd.
Trust Financial is a small independent financial advice company approved by the UK regulators since 2004.
On August 7, 2025, Paul Stanley and Dean Watson of Begbies Traynor were appointed as common Trust Financial liquidators.
FSCS protection applies only to certain types of activity.
The FSCS is not open to customer claims right now, but it is investigating if the claims are possible. As part of this study, FSCS will work closely with the joint liquidators and the UK’s financial behavior authority (FCA).
