The WORLDLINE SA (EPA: WLN) payment service provider has named Anika Grant as a head of official and a member of the Executive Committee, which has been in force on September 1, 2025.

Anika Grant is head of human resources official and councilor of the Board of Directors, with over 30 years of experience helping organizations are transformed through the talent management strategy. He was more recently the Ubisoft chief officer, where he successfully navigated a central change period for the organization and transforms HR function.

He succeeds Florence Gallois, who leaves the company to seek professional opportunities outside Worldline.

Before joining Ubisoft Anika Grant, which took place, global human resources roles in Dyson, where he led a Model Transformation to Uber, where he helped lead significant leadership and the change of culture that led to and publish the successful IPO.

Anika Grant began her career at Accenture as a consultant and then transferred to internal human resources roles, including the Human Resources Manager for a European region (including France, Benelau and Mauritius) and the management of a global expert center.

Ms Grant has played a variety of counseling roles of the Board of Directors since 2019 and after leaving Ubisoft advises large, multinational companies on strategic HR, transformation and culture of workforce.

Anika Grant is an Australian national with extensive international experience, working in Sydney, London, Singapore and Paris, has fluent English and French and holds a Bachelor of Business Informatics from the University of New South Wales. The varied global background and integrated leadership skills of its human resources place well to support the global line for the development of skills, experience and abilities needed for its ongoing transformation.

Based in Paris, Anika Grant will report directly to Worldline CEO.
