Tokyo Exchange, Inc. (TSE) announced today that BTIG, LLC, a global financial service company, has begun to offer its customers access to Conneqtor.

TSE launched the Conneqtor platform, its RFQ request (RFQ) in February 2021 with the aim of enhancing liquidity in the EIE market.

Now, financial institutions and investors negotiating through BTIG will have access to conneqtor liquidity. Customers negotiating the ETFs entered in the TSE will be able to request excerpts from leading market manufacturers worldwide without burdening additional expenses, allowing faster and more efficient execution.

Samuel Leung, Strategy Manager, BTIG APAC, commented:

“As a business that serves global financial institutions and institutional investors, BTIG supports customers in ETFs listed in TSE.

BTIG has the honor of being the first house of stock markets that are not Japan to offer Conneqtor services on our customer base in all areas. ”

Naoki Isomoto, Executive Director, Tokyo Stock Exchange, added:

“We developed Conneqtor to help investors trade ETFS ‘FLS and Deaper.” We are happy that BTIG has begun to access Conneqtor, allowing its customers to exchange ETFs received faster and cheaper.

Just as Japanese institutional investors have increased the use of ETF through Conneqtor, we hope that investors worldwide will expand their investment to ETF recorded with TSE with this platform. “
