Airwallex, a global economic platform for modern businesses, announced today the acquisition of OpenPay, a San Francisco -based billing platform, offers subscriptions, orchestration or revenue analyzes.

The acquisition will bring OpenPay’s debit and analyzes on Airwallex’s global platform, enhancing Airwallex’s position against other players, such as Stripe pricing and repetitive and strengthening Airwallex customers to unlock and automate revenue.

“Most billing systems are locked in the past, they have never been designed for a multi -currency world. This is the gap we close,” said Jack Zhang, co -founder and CEO of Airwallex. “By attracting OpenPay’s management, orchestration and detailed capabilities at Airwallex, we are creating the first truly global billing platform.

OpenPay has been distinguished through the development of automated features, such as smart payment routes, AI -based conservation tools, real -time knowledge and management management for scalable -based models, using levels of pay models. Demand for use-based hybrid charge-associated with actual use of the product, as opposed to static seat-based pricing-increased as companies AI and other consumption-based companies, generate revenue from brands, calls and computers.

With OpenPay, Airwallex will provide a built -in charge based on limits and coins.

The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
