The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a command that discovers the registration of UBI Blockchain Internet Ltd.

Ubi Blockchain is a Delaware company located in Hong Kong of the People’s Republic of China, with a category of titles registered with the Commission in accordance with Article 12 (G) of the exchange law.

The company failed to answer in response to a process of adopting orders (OIP), arguing that it had not submitted required periodic reports. The defendant again failed to respond to a command to show why he should not be considered to be in default.

The company violates its periodic deposits to the Commission, without submitting periodic reports from at least on June 2, 2023, when the previous section 12 (J) was rejected. Ubi Blockchain’s Edgar archive shows that his latest periodic deposit was a 10-Q form for the period end on May 31, 2019.

The company, which has been wrong, has failed to make any appearance to justify another ratification (let alone a strongly imperative).

The Securities and Exchange Commission found it necessary and suitable for the protection of investors to recall the registration of all categories of Ubi Blockchain’s registered securities.
