
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) announced today the withdrawal of the authorization of Fibo Markets Ltd.
The decision, which took place at the CYSEC meeting on August 25, 2025, is in accordance with Article 8 (1) (a) Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets of the Law of 2017 and Article 4 (7) of DI87-05 Directive.
The regulator notes Fibo Markets’ decision to explicitly resign from the CIF license.
Fibo markets operate through a set of approved sectors, such as: www.fibogroup.eu; www.fibomarkets.eu; www.fibomarkets.com? www.fibo-promo.com. Some of them were not accessible from the date of publication of this article. Only one could open and display the following message:

We inform you that Fibo Markets Ltd. (Ex Fibo Group Holdings Ltd.), which has been licensed in Cyprus Capital Market (CYSEC) by Cyprus No. 118/10, has decided to resign voluntarily by the license of the Cyprus Investment Company. This decision has been taken in accordance with Article 24 (1) (b) Investment Services and the activities and regulated markets of the 2017 Law (Law 87 (i)/2017) and the applicable provisions of Directive 87/05.
