Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: Fi), a global financial and financial service provider, announced today that it completed the acquisition of the remaining 49.9% of the AIB Merchant Services (AIBMS) services, the company’s long -term consortium with AIB Group.
The acquisition supports Fiserv’s growth in the wider European market, including expanding the opportunities for the clover of the sales system throughout the area. AIBMS is one of Ireland’s largest payment solutions and one of Europe’s largest e -commerce buyers.
In the context of the transaction, AIB Group will continue to refer to businesses that need services by obtaining FisERV cards exclusively.
