Argo Blockchain Plc announced today that Jim MacCallum has been terminated by his role as head of financial director with immediate effect.
Mr MacCallum was appointed as CFO Blockchain Argo in April 2023.
Mr MacCallum is a certified public accountant and a chartered financial analyst, bringing over thirty years of experience in various roles in funding and accounting.
Prior to joining Argo, he served as head of financial director of East Side Group, a mobile platform technology company negotiating in the audience based in Canada. Previously, he was a senior vice -president, financially and active CFO at Westport Fuel Systems Inc, a company with a double and negotiable cleaning company.
Jim MacCallum articulated with KPMG and completed the advanced management program at Harvard Business School.
Argo Blockchain said a statement on a financial manager will be made in due time.
