ETORO Europe Ltd. (ETORO EU) He is now authorized to provide cryptocurrency services in Germany under marchoid.
The broker has updated his terms and conditions (the “revised terms”), available here. These apply to all ETORO customers who are residents of Germany, regardless of whether they today hold crypt and embrace at Etoro.
1. Transaction Services move to ETORO EU
Starting on October 30, 2025, all Cryptosset Trading services will be provided directly by ETORO EU. This means:
You will no longer have access to DLT Finance services via the ETORO platform.
Your transactions will continue perfectly through the Etoro platform.
You have to accept the revised terms to continue the transactions. These will also appear as a pop -up window when you log in later.
2. There are no changes in assets custody at this stage
There will be no change in the care of cryptocurrencies and their current positions remain unaffected.
3. Future curator by ETORO EU
By accepting revised terms, customers agree that ETORO EU can provide custody services in the future.
4. Etoro is fully compatible
Although ETORO EU has been approved by MICA to provide cryptographic services, it is not classified as a marble trading platform – a place where buyers and sellers trade directly, such as a stock market. Instead, Etoro is your counterpart and is safely executing transactions. This means that transactions can be executed outside the regulated trade sites.
5. If you do not accept the revised terms
When you access the platform, a pop-up will ask you to accept the revised terms.
If you do not accept these revised terms, you will no longer be able to exchange cryptocurrencies through Etoro after October 5th 2025.
6. Summary of changes in terms and conditions: what is changing and what is not
Cryptossets Trading Provider: ETORO EU will take over all Cryptosset trading obligations
Cryptossets Custody: It remains unchanged.
Existing positions: Stay unchanged
Regulation: Previously under local regulation via DLT → now Mica is regulated via ETORO EU
In the future, ETORO EU can also provide cryptocurrency. You will be informed before that.
