Exclusive interview FNG…. Following our report from last week, who met Elena Kuprianova by Elena Kupriianova, who stayed at Elena Kuprianova, based in Dubai Broker DB who invests to the new CMO, we are happy today to cover Elena – as well as DB.


Fng: Hi Elena. How did you decide to join the Dubai Broker DB Investing as your next challenge to the online commercial industry?

Elena: For me, career decisions are never just for roles or company names – it is for the timetable, the place and the people. I returned to Dubai for reasons why I am writing one of them, in fact. This city has a way of turning ambition into reality. It requires clarity, rewards courage and constantly reminds you that it is possible to reappear. So when I looked at my next chapter, I had to start here.

DB Investing is just at this crossroads. The company is ambitious, in motion, and is ready to sharpen its identity into a full market. But what made it resonate for me was the leadership. Gennaro understands this industry in depth a few. It cuts the noise, leads in the direction and focuses on what really moves the business forward. This is the kind of leadership I trust – and made the decision to feel natural.

Fng: Please let us know a little more about the DB investment, and what makes the opportunity there interesting for you.

Elena: What excites me is not only what DB invests today, but what has the opportunity to do. The foundations are already there: regulation in the UAE, a wide range of instruments, strong technology. But only the foundations do not make a reputation. My role is to take this structure and give it a voice that people believe.

For me, the opportunity lies in bridging the interior and abroad, ensuring that the way we work internally fits the way we present ourselves to the world. When sales, product, compliance and marketing pull in the same direction, you get more than growth. You get consistency. And in a market as competitive as ours, cohesion is what people trust.

Fng: Elena, we have noted that you have talked very recently about the integration of AI not only on the sides of the commercial services and clients of the brokers, but also in marketing. How does AI affect what you do and how do you do it as a broker’s CMA?

Elena: AI changes everything, but not with the abstract, sci-fi sense. It changes the way we have our time and attention. In DB Investing, AI gets the repetitive weight of people’s shoulders: reports, tests, campaign optimization. This means that people in my team can focus on what people do better: crisis, creativity, empathy, strategy.

I have spoken to IFX, Forex Expo and AI conferences on this shift. Marketing is not about combating machinery. It’s about learning how to work with them. For me, AI is not a threat to creativity – it is the tool that allows creativity to finally get the space it deserves.

Gennaro: I fully support this approach. Marketing must be as data with a view and technologically activated with the negotiation itself. Elena brings experience to make AI a practical development tool, not just a buzzword.

Fng: Gennaro, let’s turn you for a moment. It seems that the world of CFDS intermediaries is becoming more and more full, especially in the Mena area, with several companies recently licensed by SCA in the UAE (like DB!). How do you intend to differentiate the DB investment?

Gennaro: At DB Investing, we recognize the growing competition in the Mena region as a positive sign – reflects both the maturity of the market and the appetite for trading products. What stands out for us is our focus on combining strong regulatory alignment with a first client’s approach.

Our SCA license is not only a signal-to-make our long-term commitment to operate in a fully transparent, compliant and sustainable way. In addition to compliance, we differentiate ourselves through technology, offering advanced trading platforms, competitive spreads and a seamless digital experience that meets the expectations of today’s traders.

But most importantly, we emphasize the personalized service. In a market where many businesses compete solely with price, we create confidence and faith by providing customized support, multilingual customer service and educational initiatives to help traders make documented decisions. In short, we aim to be more than a broker-we want to be a long-term partner for our customers.

Fng: What else can we expect to hear from DB invest in the coming months?

Gennaro: The next few months will be very exciting for the DB investment. Following the recent SCA license in the UAE, we are designing a series of regional initiatives, including new licenses, product offers, improved digital tools and educational events to support both new and experienced traders in the region.

We also invest largely in expanding our presence in Mena with local solutions that specifically serve the needs of traders here. In addition, customers can expect strategic partnerships, stronger brand visibility and continuous innovation on all our platforms.

Our ultimate goal is to continue to provide value to customers – not only by providing access to global markets, but ensuring that they have the right tools, resources and support to grow as traders. So watch this -DB Investing space has much more to share very soon.

Elena: Every industry has its noise – promises, slogans, easy shortcuts. But what matters, after all, is whether people trust you with their time and money. This is the challenge I came here.

Dubai gave me thirty for a reason to come back and DB Investing gave me one more: the opportunity to build something that is not only ambitious but constant. Growth is important, yes – but growth with clarity, accountability and pride is what lasts.
