The AUITY KNOWLEDGE Partners, a global research provider, data management, analyzes and AI solutions in the field of financial services, has announced that it has exchanged the acquisition of ascent.
The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2025.
This strategic move significantly extends the division of AUITY (DTS) data and technology and the offer of technology and LED AI services and solutions.
Ascent, a leading European provider of AI -powered digital transformation services, supports more than 170 customers worldwide, with 550 data specialists, software and clouds operating in seven European jurisdictions.

In recent years, Acuity has identified an urgent opportunity to build a Department of Technological Services and Solutions that are complementary to its basic potential in research, analysis and data management.
This acquisition reinforces the capabilities of Acuity and expands the global business site network of the business. In addition, the acidity will continue to be based on Ascent’s strong alliance with Microsoft.
