
Bofa Securities, Inc. (Boas) has agreed to resolve a criminal investigation involving alleged market manipulation programs by former Boas officials in accordance with the corporate imposition of criminal division and voluntary policy of self-revelation (CEP).
As part of the resolution, the Ministry of Justice refused to expel the Boas and the Boas will weaken about $ 1.96 million and contribute about $ 3.6 million to a victims’ compensation fund that will create and manage.
