The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOB) ordered the exclusion of access to nine unauthorized investment websites.

The sites targeted by orders are:

  • “Spreadmarkets” (website and related page
  • “Bitvex” (website
  • “Financexlimited” (website and relevant page
  • “FINCO TRADES” (website and related page
  • “Geneve Capital Invest” (website and related page
  • “AFEX Markets” (website and relevant page
  • “Financial Space” (website www.spaziofinatio.pro and related page
  • “Ynln.com” (website www.ynln.com);
  • Bit Vaneta Limited (website

At the issuance of the orders, the Authority exercised the powers granted the “Development Decree” (Law 58 of June 28, 2019, Article 36, paragraph 2-Post) on the illegal offer of the financial intermediate derivatives. MICAR Regulations (EU (EU) 2023/1114 and Legislative Decree No 129 of 5 September 2024) on the interruption of websites through which Crypt-Murder Services are provided in Italian savings, in the absence of the required licenses.

The total number of sites that block Consob since July 2019 has increased to 1,408.

Internet service providers operating in Italy are currently blocking the aforementioned sites. For technical reasons, real blockage can take several days for the application.
