
Six welcomes Comunus Sicav as a new publisher in six Swiss exchanges.
The Fund, the Comunus Sicav – Swiss, available in CHF (ISIN CH0200600911), increases the total number of mutual funds negotiating on the Swiss stock market to 48, of which 46 are classified as real estate funds.
According to Comunus, his fund’s list is a natural development of the development strategy planned since the start of mutual capital in 2013 and deals with two strategic goals: to provide increased liquidity to today’s investors of mutual capital and to expand the base of investors. Its investment strategy focuses on acquiring older buildings with significant opportunities for transformation and renovation in the French speech of Switzerland, especially in the area of Lake Geneva.
Making the public accessible to the public, Comunus expects to gain access to funds required to take advantage of the acquisitions of the Swiss real estate market.
