HSBC Holdings PLC today announced the appointment of Angela MCENEEE as secretary of the company company with power from January 1, 2026.
Aileen Taylor remains in her role as the head of the teams and in charge of governance, with Mrsntee taking over the role of team secretary.
Angela McCente, a specialized lawyer, joined the HSBC in 2020 and has significant legal, regulatory, risks and corporate governance experience that has performed superior roles in governance functions both in HSBC and in the Natwest Group PLC.
