Forex.com Japan, a subsidiary of the Stonex Group, warned its customers of problems with its server.
An announcement published by Retail FX and CFD Brokerage says there is a problem with the system/server.
As a result, some services may not be used normally:
- New account application
- Upload identity verification documents
The broker says his professional team is investigating the cause and works for the recovery.
In addition, forex.com Japan is currently receiving many questions and the answer by phone and conversation is delayed.
