Today, the programmable Stripe Financial Services company opened its new headquarters in Dublin, tripling its office space to 14,500 square meters, as the company is preparing for the next phase of growth.

The new dual central office in One Wilton Park was officially opened by Taoiseach Micheál Martin, along with co -founder John Collison and Eileen O’Mara’s revenue chief.

Stripe has revealed that it now serves 70,000 Irish businesses and soloists – including tech monophage, such as Wayflyer and Flipdish, virtual organizations such as GAA and Irish Times and large companies such as Smyths and Irish Life – with 2,000 new Irish users who join each month. Irish companies have increased their collective payment volume 100 times since the company moved the last offices in 2016.

Despite the growing obstacles in international trade, Irish businesses that use stripe remain stable worldwide. More than two -thirds (70%) of Irish users have been selling internationally and have collected their cross -border payment of 37% in the last 12 months.

“Stripe is proud Irish and we are excited to double our world businesses here,” said co -founder John Collison. “The internet’s Irish economy is sucking on diesel and this new central office will help us support business growth throughout Europe.”

The new dual central office will host expansion groups in engineering, product, operations and sales and enhance Stripe’s efforts to help its users adopt border technology – including AI and Stablecoins – to grow faster. It has large events designed to gather founders and business leaders based in Ireland and throughout Europe.
