The Infinox owned team acquires the CFDS Broker Skilling. A group of investors led by Marc Joppeck, who also holds the world trade brand Infinox, announced the acquisition of CYSEC with a CFDS Broker Skilling.com license, subject to final regulatory approval. Skilling was founded in 2016 and controlled (so far) by former Betsafe André Lavold CEO. The company has managed mainly from Cyprus, led by CEO George Kyriakoudes.

Mitrade wins South Africa FSCA license that acquires Frida’s assets. Far East -based Australia, which focuses on FX retailing FX and CFDS Mitrade, has announced that it has acquired Fridah Asset Pty Ltd managers, a Financial Services Provider (FSP) regulated by the South African Financial Sector Authority (FSCA).

Webull UK expands with local shares and scalable accounts. Recently launched its EU efforts with a new Europe in Amsterdam, Neobroker Webull Corp (Nasdaq: Bull) announced that it is expanding its offer for UK customers, with new types of accounts and access to the UK and ETF shares. Webull UK, an Authorized FCA Investment Platform, launches two account stages designed to meet the needs of both casual and active traders

FX institutional volumes are increased by 8% in September 2025, the FXSPotstream Sets Record. After a fairly slow commercial season, FX traders returned to work in September, with institutional transaction volumes increasing an average of 8% mom. Each of the FXSPotstream, CBOE FX and 360T recorded increases between 7-18% in commercial activity during September-including record levels of records on FXSPOTSTREAM-while EuronextFX reported a slight decrease by 1%.
