Exclusive FNG interview… After noting an interesting article recently published by none other than Microsoft touting how leading online broker NAGA Group is reinventing its customer engagement with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, we are pleased to speak today with NAGA CEO Octavian Patrascu about the company’s use of data and artificial intelligence to drive better results for both NAGA and its customers.
Here’s what Octavian had to say.
FNG: Hello Octavian, and thanks for joining us today. NAGA has recently expanded its partnership with Microsoft and its use of Dynamics 365. Tell us more about why you use Dynamics 365.

Octavious: Our deep integration with Microsoft technology is focused on creating a smarter, more connected experience for our customers and teams. Dynamics 365 allows us to integrate information so we can interact with customers in a timely and compliant manner, offering them the right information in the right channel. It also improves the way our teams work together internally.
Using Microsoft Copilot and AI tools, we can build faster, interpret data more efficiently, and streamline processes that used to take hours or even days. The result is a better, more consistent experience for our customers and a more efficient structure for our people.
FNG: Why has the use of data become so important for a global stockbroker like NAGA?
Octavious: Data is the foundation of modern development. For a global company operating under multiple regulatory frameworks, across multiple cultures and across different communication channels, making decisions based on assumptions is not an option.
Data enables us to operate efficiently, remove redundant work and make clear, measurable decisions that lead to better outcomes for our customers and our business. It’s about precision, consistency and accountability in how we grow.
FNG: Can you give an example of how improved use of data and Dynamics 365 has led to better results and experience for both NAGA and its customers?
Octavious: For customers, we can now provide more relevant information, personalized to their interests and needs. Whether it’s on-boarding or navigating our trading and investment environments, they receive clear, useful content that supports their decisions.
For our part, technology has helped us improve operational efficiency and scale our operations while keeping costs and complexity under control. It’s a win on both sides – a smoother experience for customers and a more flexible structure for NAGA.
FNG: In which areas does NAGA use artificial intelligence in its operations? How do you see it growing in the future?
Octavious: Artificial intelligence is present in many areas of our company.
We use in-house solutions and specialized third-party tools to improve operations — from marketing and customer communications to data analysis and creative production. These tools make us faster, more accurate, and more adaptive in how we approach development. As a society, we are still at the beginning of understanding the full potential of artificial intelligence and automation, and at NAGA, we fully embrace it.
We already use AI in all departments and integrate it into our products. Some of these customer-facing systems are already live, while others will debut soon with our new NAGA One platform, where intelligent assistance will be part of every user experience.
FNG: What else can we expect to hear from NAGA in the coming months?
Octavious: We are constantly evolving. Every two weeks we have new updates, some small but impressive, others major. We recently upgraded both the mobile and web trading environment to offer a cleaner and faster user experience.
The biggest milestone ahead is the launch of NAGA One, our all-in-one financial super app. The first phase will be launched in December and will include the new NAGA Pay services, the NAGA Card and several core platform upgrades. We are also expanding our social trading programs for marketers and content creators, and continue to advance our digital assets capabilities, areas in which we already have a strong foundation.
NAGA is, at its core, a place where web2 and web3 really meet.
