Alchemy Pay, a Fiat-Crypto Payment Gate, announced today that a Museum Money License (MTL) has been granted to the state of South Carolina.
With the inclusion of South Carolina, Alchemy Pay now holds MTL in ten American states, such as Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, New Humsire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Wayoming and Arizona.
The money transmitter license issued under the authority of the Attorney General of the South Carolina in accordance with the law on the anti-seclusion of South Carolina, authorizes the payment of alchemy to conduct a wide range of regulated financial activities. These include the electronic transmission of money, the issuance and sale of stored media, payments and processing remittances, exchange exchange and other licensed money services. The license allows Alchemy to pay to legally offer the Fiat-Crypto On-Ramps and Off-Ramps suite to the jurisdiction of South Carolina.
This regulatory progress comes in a time of acceleration of clarity and progress in US law on digital assets. The recent excerpt of the US Senate Act, along with increased institutional interest in real world assets (RWA), marks a central moment for blockchain and fintech. In this context, Alchemy Pay’s recent insurance license is well positioned to support her ongoing role as an on-and-off-ramp infrastructure provider and a key factor in the RWA emerging ecosystem.
South Carolina’s license represents another step in Alchemy Pay’s broader regulatory strategy, laying the foundations for future initiatives, such as the RWA platform looking forward to Fiat, which is expected to be released in August with the first batch of 60 shares and ETFS in collaboration with Xstocks. As Alchemy Pay continues to expand the global compliance footprint, these fundamental licenses will support the uninterrupted integration of innovative products that bridge traditional funding and web3, eventually enhancing accessibility to assets through well -known Fiat payment methods.
In addition, as alchemy fees are moving to expand pay offers, increasing regulatory coverage worldwide will support the company’s long-term goals, including the development of the inherent Stablecoin and the launch of the alchemical chain, a Blockchain Layer.
In addition to its imprint in the US, Alchemy Pay continues to make remarkable progress in basic jurisdictions worldwide. The Company holds a license to authorize Payment Foundation (API) in the United Kingdom, is registered as a Digital Foreign exchange provider under Austrac in Australia and has participated in the VQF of Switzerland, a FINMA recognized by the Self Organization (SO). It also has a registration in the MSB (Business Services Business) in Canada and maintains an official registration for online financial services in South Korea.
In addition, Alchemy Pay is actively seeking compliance with Europe’s markets in the regulation of cryptographic ingredients (MICA) and looking for basic regulatory licenses in Hong Kong, further enhancing the global regulatory stance of the webst wave of the next WEB3 financial infrastructure.
