Alpha Group International plc, a provider of financial solutions to businesses and institutions, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Transaction Services BV (“Cobase”).
This follows receipt of approval from the Dutch Central Bank and the fulfillment of all other closing requirements.
The initial price of €9.6 million for 85% of the company was paid in full using Alpha’s existing cash resources, with the remaining stake to be acquired through a performance-based gain between 2025 and 2028.

In this way, the company unlocks significant operational and financial returns, especially for international businesses with many bank counterparties around the world.
