The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has revoked the Australian financial services license of Endeavor Securities (Australia) Ltd.
The license authorized Endeavor to deal with interests in managed investment schemes and to operate managed investment schemes for wholesale and retail clients.
ASIC canceled the license because Endeavor is insolvent, in administration and in liquidation.
Endeavor held AFS license no. 224972 of February 11, 2003.
Endeavor was the responsible entity of a registered managed investment scheme called Investport Income Opportunity Fund. Linchpin operated an unregistered managed investment scheme, also called Investport Income Opportunity Fund. Endeavor and both funds went into liquidation in 2019 following ASIC action.
