The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has revoked the Australian Financial Services (AFS) license of Sydney-based financial services provider Suetonius Wealth Management Pty Limited.
ASIC had suspended Suetonius’ AFS license from 17 November 2023 to 28 February 2024, to give the provider an opportunity to submit its financial statements and audit reports for the years ending 30 June 2021 and 30 June 2022 .
As of February 29, 2024, Suetonius had not yet submitted its financial statements and audit reports for the financial years ending June 30, 2021, June 30, 2022, and now, June 30, 2023.
Suetonius Wealth Management Pty Limited holds AFS license no.542772 since 18 June 2014.
