The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has launched a preliminary investigation into Clime Australian Income Fund and the compliance of its target market definition and product disclosure statement with the law and whether there have been any breaches of the law in relation to the Fund’s investments.
As Clime Asset Management Pty Limited is the investment manager of the Fund, it is the subject of an ASIC investigation.
Clime Asset Management Pty Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clime Investment Management Limited. Neither Clime Capital Limited nor Clime Investment Management Limited is the subject of this investigation.
As ASIC’s investigation is in its preliminary stages, the field may change.
