The Beeks Financial Cloud Group Plc (Lon: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announced its final results for the year that ended June 30, 2025.

Revenue increased by 26% per year to £ 35.9 million, supported by expanding with existing customers and new contract wins. Repeated revenue represented 71% of total revenue (2024: 84%), reflecting the product mix, especially the highest percentage of proximity and exchange of Cloud® (as part of the previous model) which have an income recognition element in advance.

Despite this displacement, the Group continues to benefit from a durable contractor base, with an annual committed monthly repetitive revenue (ACMRR), increasing 5% to £ 29.5 million as previously reported in the report, ACMRR increased further to £ 31.5 million. Fy26.

The underlying earnings per share increased by 21% to 8,47p (2024: 7.01p). The underlying diluted profits per share increased to 7.60p (2024: 6.36p). The increase in the EPS underlying is largely due to the increased underlying profitability in FY25.

Basic profits per share increased to 4,43p (2024: 333p). The increase in basic EPS is the result of legal profit during the period. Dilute profits per share also increased to 4,12p (2024: 3.11p).
