Following Binance’s decision to exit Russia through a sale to CommEX, Binance will discontinue all Russian Ruble (RUB) services.
Customers are encouraged to exchange their RUB assets for other available assets on Binance, convert RUB to crypto on Binance Convert, or withdraw RUB through Binance’s fiat partners prior to the discontinuation of these RUB services.
Starting February 1, 2024, 08:00 (UTC), any RUB balances in users’ Binance accounts will be automatically converted to FDUSD based on the real-time exchange rate on xe.com.
Binance will delete all existing RUB trading pairs (ie BTC/RUB and USDT/RUB) on 2024-01-30 08:00 (UTC).
All open orders in relation to the above trading pairs will be automatically closed when trading in the relevant trading pair ceases.
Binance Convert will delete all RUB trading pairs on 2024-01-30 07:00 (UTC).
Binance Pay will remove RUB from the list of supported fiat currencies on 2024-01-30 08:00 (UTC).
Withdrawals for RUB will be available until 01-31-2024, 00:00 (UTC).
Binance Fiat will stop supporting RUB in Buy Crypto and Sell Crypto services on 2024-01-30 07:00 (UTC).
Binance P2P will delete all RUB trading pairs on 2024-01-31 00:00 (UTC).
