Clearstream, a service provider after Deutsche Börse’s Trade Services, announced today a partnership with the World Investment Company Carlyle to facilitate the distribution of Carlyle’s private market solutions to wealth management customers.

This partnership will take advantage of the strong ClearsStream fund distribution platform, simplifying access to private market funds for a wider investor base. Its purpose is to improve investor experience while optimizing effectiveness and cost reduction.

The partnership provides Carlyle access to accredited investors, although ClearsStream’s extensive network with more than 300 distribution partners, including many major world wealth managers, with a strong presence in Switzerland, Germany and Asia -Pacific. The partnership will focus on reducing the complexity of distribution of private funds and the support of wealth managers who seek to distribute private market investments to their customers.

ClearsStream offers a comprehensive range of services across the investment chain specially designed for private markets, which includes routing, settlement and asset service. With strong capabilities and execution, Clearstream Fund Services provides services for about 4 trillion euros in traditional funds and 300 billion euros in private and alternative funds under the custody, including a fully integrated distribution platform that offers a regulatory framework for KYC. These integrated end -to -end solutions, coupled with ClearsStream’s Vestima platform to launch and installation, significantly reduce traditional obstacles to private market distribution.

Carlyle is involved in a large and expansive network of leading GPS (GPS) and asset managers working with Clearstream. This ongoing commitment reflects ClearsStream’s ambition to be the partner of the choice for private market investment.
