The S&P Dow Jones (“S&P Dji”) have appointed Catherine Clay as CEO, which is valid from 1 November 2025.

It will replace Dan Draper, who will remain as a special adviser for a period after November 1, 2025, Mrs Clay will also replace Mr Draper on the S&P Dow Jones Board of Directors.

Ms Clay will report to Martina Cheung, president and chief executive of S&P Global, and will serve in the company’s executive team. It will be based at S&P Global headquarters in New York.

Ms Clay joins the world’s world markets, where he was executive vice-president and world leader of the derivatives, leading worldwide choices and future exchanges, as well as her data in all the US, Europe, Asia-Core and the Middle East. It brings a rich experience in derivative markets, digital assets, data analyzes and financial technology on S&P DJI.
