
Cboe Global Markets, Inc, a leading derivatives and securities exchange network, announced preliminary shareholder voting results from its 2024 Annual Meeting held on May 16, 2024.
All 12 board nominees served the 2023-2024 board term and received a majority vote. Board members up for re-election for a one-year term expiring in 2025 are:

- James E. Parisi
In other proposals, Cboe shareholders approved, by non-binding resolution, the compensation paid to the company’s executive officers.
Cboe shareholders have approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2024.
Shareholders also approved a management advisory proposal to grant shareholders the right to call a special meeting of shareholders with a 25% ownership limit. However, they rejected a shareholder advisory proposal to grant shareholders the right to call a special meeting of shareholders with a 10% ownership limit.
