CBOE Global Markets, Inc, today announced that it has appointed Prashant Bhatia as an executive vice -president, head of strategy and corporate development of the business since September 2, 2025.
In this role, Mr Bhatia will work with the CBOE executive team to develop and execute the company’s business strategy, helping the company focus on identifying high -impact opportunities for the development and further enhancement of the CBOE’s position as a leader of the industry.

Mr Bhatia has advised the management team and has worked closely with the CBOE Board of Directors since December 2023. He has previously led business strategy and corporate development on TD Ameritrade for 11 years during a period of transformative organic and development acquisition. Earlier in his career, he served as a stock investigation analyst that covered the financial services industry, focusing on brokers and asset managers.
It brings over 30 years of global experience in the field of financial services.
