Since September 30, 2025, without prejudice to the approval of regulatory regulation, the CBOE Canada Inc. Neo-L and neo-n trading books will add a visible primary type of order.
At the date of entry into force, visible primary orders will be supported via FIX and Boe Order Entry in the Neo-L and Neo-N books. Visible primary orders will only be available during normal trading hours (RTH) and will not participate in opening or re -opening auctions, but will participate in closing auctions if the price allows.
Only Primary PEG orders for the batch of the boat will be supported and any strange batch or mixed orders will be rejected. Only non -aggressive primary shifts will be supported and primary orders will only be allowed to quote or move away from the protected national better offer or the best offer.
