Centerbridge Partners, LP, a global investment firm with deep financial services and technology investment experience, today announced the completion of its acquisition of MeridianLink, Inc., a leading provider of modern software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reference agencies.
The transaction includes a minority investment from Silversmith Capital Partners for further growth and innovation.
Upon completion of the transaction, MeridianLink stockholders will receive $20.00 in cash for each share of common stock they own.
In connection with the completion of the transaction, MeridianLink common stock ceased trading and will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
