Citi today announced the launch of an improved version of the privately owned AI platform, Citi Stylus Workspaces, now powered by Agentic AI.
Citi claims that this upgrade allows employees to face greater, more complex goals and tasks with more speed, efficiency and insight.
The latest version of Citi Stylus’s workplaces is directly integrated with Citi’s systems, connecting perfectly to the internal data and project management tools, including the global company employee directory, commonly used platforms of businesses and other basic resources, while at the same time utilizing the searches of tissue and analysis. Employees can now carry out thorough research, extract knowledge from huge data sets, and rationalize multi -stage work flows into a single automated process.
The tasks previously required multiple steps can now be completed in a flow. For example, Citi Stylus workplaces can now identify the top five branded businesses in the US, disprove their strategic goals and translate these ideas into Spanish through a single user influx.
Growth begins in September, with thousands of employees gaining premature access, followed by a gradual expansion throughout the business. To ensure smooth adoption, Citi introduces special training programs to help employees maximize the new tool capabilities.
